Zlvox provides free, browser-based developer utilities including PDF tools, image converters, QR generators, JSON formatters, and AI-powered tools. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.
The following conditions apply to all use:
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local, national, and international laws.
- You may not use automated bots or scrapers to access the Services at scale without prior written consent.
- Tools are provided for legitimate, non-harmful purposes only. Misuse is strictly prohibited.
- Zlvox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Zlvox Services:
- Using the Services to distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Using our tools to process, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Zlvox tool.
- Impersonating Zlvox, its staff, or any other user in any manner.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the availability of the Services for others.
- Collecting or harvesting user data from the platform without explicit authorization.
Intellectual Property
All content on Zlvox — including but not limited to tool designs, source code, blog articles, graphics, logos, and the "ZLVOX" name and brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zlvox and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited license to use the output generated by our tools (e.g., QR codes, converted images, formatted JSON) for personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Zlvox platform or any of its tools as your own product.
- Use Zlvox branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
- Copy, adapt, or create derivative works based on Zlvox's codebase or design.
Privacy & Data
Zlvox is built on a strict zero data storage philosophy. The majority of our tools process data entirely client-side in your browser — nothing is uploaded to or stored on our servers.
For tools that do involve server-side processing (e.g., JSON Slayer), data is processed transiently and is never persisted, logged, or shared with third parties.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zlvox does not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.
- Any defects in the Services will be corrected.
Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from your use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zlvox and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
In no event shall Zlvox's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Zlvox in the twelve months prior to the event, or (b) $0, since our Services are provided free of charge.

Zlvox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the blog or a site-wide banner.
